We collaborated with a team of experts to deliver this fantastic workplace in Netherlands. The design brief was to create an office space that encourages collaboration and offers the staff a great working environment while maximising the space efficiency. Spread across 2 floors with two different occupiers; the design for the first floor is inspired by the Netherlands and Amsterdam in specific while the Ground floor has a homely industrial feel with splashes of colour inspired by client's branding. Each floor has is own cafe space supported by a professional catering kitchen.
We used chipboard extensively in partitions, and added full sized wall murals to existing walls. The breakout space features a beautiful tree. The exposed surfaces on the ceiling add to the energy and excitement of the space. Rethinking white walls to be specified as anything else, allows colour to play with the space, instead of being placed on top.
