Property Investment and Asset Management firm Koopmans appointed us to design the 4th floor of Maya House with a newly refurbished workspace on the Borough High Street. We created a scheme to bring that central-London buzz to both the cat A+ and sales suite on another floor.
The exposed ceiling is perfectly coordinated and finished. Structural concrete recesses are restored and featured. Mechanical and electrical are neatly conducted to ensure a presentable ceiling. The below images of the Cat A also show the high quality base build we worked within. Small touches of design-lead furniture stage the space and complement the existing base build. The aim is to help a potential occupant imagen their operations within the space as well as to bring out the quality of the finished space.
