A contemporary industrial design is proposed to create a modern and collaborative space for a 1960 building in the heart of London’s Spitalfields market. The concepts include the full designs for the Reception business lounge Café communal areas and CAT A designs for the floors. The materials used are earthy combined with the industrious cast iron spines a graffiti on the walls in the business lounge adds a spectacular feature to the space.
