After deciding to move to Queen Street Place, Haysmacintyre appointed us to design their new home in the city. The new 25,546 sq ft office, is 8,000 sq ft larger than Haysmacintyre existing premises, and will serve as home to 35 partners and over 220 staff. The office includes an impressive roof terrace, well suited to both client and staff meetings, with fantastic views of the Thames and the Southbank, sitting opposite the Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe. Working facilities include a central hub area with a café at the heart of the office. The space allows We worked closely with Haysmacintyre to ensure the new office suits their culture and supports their evolving working needs.
